On March 31, 2023, Fresh2, a wholly-owned subsidiary of the public company, acquired certain fixed assets and intellectual property of Easy Hundred Inc. The ez100 website and app are now part of Fresh2.
ez100 by Fresh2 values the experience and feedback of every user, and has developed a comprehensive optimization plan for logistics, warehousing, and product supply after the acquisition.
Shipping Policy Updates
In order to provide customers with better services in the future and eliminate delivery delays and untimely services, ez100 (by Fresh2) decides to implement new delivery rules starting on April 17, 2023（Applicable to orders placed after 4/17/2023):
1. Regular orders will be shipped within 2-3 business days;
2. Orders that have not been shipped within 7 business days can be refunded unconditionally;
3. For orders not shipped within 15 business days, you can apply for a refund and receive a 5% OFF coupon as compensation (valid within 60 days);
